Main Structure

Primarily composed of columns, cantilever beams, base, vertical tie rods, and other components, with the cantilevered members directly bearing the load of goods.

1. Hualwang warehouse racks should consist of columns (or column assemblies), base, cantilever beams, vertical tie rods, and other components;

2. Hualwang heavy-duty rack structures should be made of cold-formed thin-walled steel/structural steel, and the connections of various structural members should be easy to disassemble and assemble;

3. The layer spacing of Hualwang rack cantilever beams should be adjustable according to the height of unit goods;

4. The front end of Hualwang cantilever beams should be tilted upward by 2-4°. When fully loaded, the front end of the cantilever beam should be higher than the root of the beam;

5. Hualwang cantilever beam racks should have safety protection devices to prevent goods from falling or slipping;

6. Between adjacent columns of Hualwang racks, vertical tie rods should be installed.
